UFO researcher and author Robert Hastings released new evidence August 23, 2011, about UFOs "stalking and intercepting dummy nuclear warheads during test flights."
The most dramatic event previously reported from September 1964 is now known as the Big Sur Incident where a UFO was filmed as it approached, circled and emitted four beams of light to shoot down a dummy nuclear warhead.
But retired Technical Sergeant John W. Mills III, a Minuteman missile targeting team chief at Vandenberg from 1981 to 1985, suggests that the Big Sur Incident may not be so unique.
