Rick Hammell couldn't believe what he saw at about 9 p.m.
On his way home from a walk with his dog, the Mall Road resident saw something that he's only seen in the movies.
"I saw a bright light and it looked like it was hovering over the tree line a couple of miles away," said Hammell, who just moved to Tillsonburg two months ago from Windham Centre. "It looked like it was just parked in the sky."
