What Was Hovering in the Sky Over Vancouver Island on January 22, 2011?

This video is one of the most compelling UFO videos I have ever seen.  The debunkers will have a hell of a time explaining this away as a hoax due to "Chinese lanterns," "flares," "balloons," or just about any other hack response one can come up with.  Given the extraordinary nature of this object, all of those usual "explanations" are downright moronic. The object remained motionless for 15 minutes, and the internal, plasma-like light patterns are remarkable. The object was so bright that it lit up the entire neighborhood.
