Professor Fotini Pallikari, University of Athens, co-author of Biological Utilization of Quantum Nonlocality with Brian Josephson, made a startling announcement. Based upon my suggestion to her some years ago, that mental action from humans should make quantum random processes nonrandom in the specific context of the Hurst exponent for colored noise deviating from 1/2 its Brownian motion value, presented PEAR data showing such a shift beyond statistical error from PEAR experiments at Princeton. This is a post-quantum feedback-control loop between the mental deBroglie-Bohm quantum information pilot-field and the10^18 material brain caged electrons entangling with quantum events in an external electrical circuit IMO. Saul-Paul Sirag compared Pallikari's report with Eddington's measurement of the bending of starlight by the Sun testing Einstein's general relativity in 1918 in Africa.

Wolfgang Rindler gave an eloquent defense of Big Bang theory. J.V. Narlikar gave an eloquent defense of C-field creation theory in a steady state. Some popular confusions need to be cleared up.

1. The steady state NO BIG BANG alternative to the standard BIG BANG model still requires Einstein's special and general relativity as its conceptual basis.

2. Hal Puthoff confirmed to me that both the origin of inertia from acceleration drag of a charge through the zero point vacuum fluctuations and the vacuum polarization model of gravity would completely collapse if Einstein's special relativity mathematics were violated. That is the Lorentz group SO(1,3) is necessary.

3. Narlikar showed that these zero point fluctuations in particular, and all quantum random spontaneous emissions in general, such as the PEAR data Fotini presented, have their origin in future absorbers in which "Everything is particles." (Wheeler)

4. Bo Lehnert showed several electromagnetic anomalies that I think are explained by Corum's anholonomic field. That is there are several lab scale electromagnetic experiments which show the presence of anholonomic fields from the unseen dimensions of hyperspace. This is in addition to Shipov's claims on the "inertoid", and in addition to the claims of M-theorists in Aug. 2000 Scientific American. These two conferences ISSO Torsion and Vigier 2000 funded by Joe Firmage are producing a very revolutionary paradigm-shattering synthesis in the foundations of physics.

5. R Kiehn showed how the arrow of time, irreversibility, is essentially a nonstatistical topology-changing process. This is consistent with the Bohm quantum ontology in which quantum randomness is not fundamental but arises as an artifact of low nonlocal entanglement complexity systems that do obey usual quantum probability laws. The key parameter in Kiehn's theory, based on Cartan's differential forms, is the topological Pfaffian dimension. Pfaffian dimensions 1,2 are Laplacian deterministic. Pfaffian dimension 3 allows deterministic chaos. Pfaffian dimension 4 is topology-changing irreversibility, arrow of time, beyond the diffeomorphisms of Einstein's general relativity to Kleinert's super-tetrads and I suspect Corum's anholonomic field showing the practical intrusion of hyperspace into ordinary phenomena.
